What's included
All prices are per room per night and based on 2 people sharing (except single).
Rates are fully inclusive of continental and full English breakfast.
Children
Children over the age of 3 are welcome.
Additional Beds
Maximum of 1 additional bed (travel cot or Z-bed) can be provided in Pakenham only (our Deluxe Room) at a £15 surcharge per night (including breakfast for additional guest).
Breakfast
Our yummy breakfast (served between 8.00am and 9.00am) is always freshly prepared and to minimise waste we ask guests to order the night before.
Vegetarian/vegan options and any special dietary requirements can be accommodated (please just let us know in advance).
Facilities
All rooms are located on the first floor and have an en-suite shower (walk-in), flat screen tv, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and free WiFi. Our Deluxe and Superior rooms have wide bay windows overlooking the front of the property and also benefit from a Nespresso machine for making your own fresh coffee. Our Deluxe Room also has its own private balcony for that relaxed evening drink at the end of the day.
The dining room is available throughout the day for your use and there is a fridge with fresh water and milk for you to help yourselves. If you like, this can also be used to keep your own bottle of prosecco cold (essential!). Umbrellas, walking sticks and binoculars can all be borrowed from the entrance hall.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3.00pm, but if you need to arrive earlier than this just let us know and we will see what we can do. If we are not around (or you need to arrive very late) we also offer a self-check-in system. Check out is at 10.30am, but if you need a later check-out just let us know and we will try and accommodate this.
Our Environment
From our bacon to our bath towels and our toiletries to our toilet paper - we are passionate about preserving this wonderful world in which we live. Therefore our aim is to run our business in such a way that has as minimum an impact on our environment as possible. As a result, all our food (where possible) is free range and locally sourced and we use as little unnecessary packaging as possible to reduce waste. We would love it if you could join us on this journey and always reuse, recycle and reduce as often as you can.
